Music from the early 18th Century,
featuring Evelyn Nallen, recorder, Frances Kelly, baroque harp, David Gordon harpsichord, and the Zero Gravity recorder band.

A recreation of the first ever ballet, John Weaver’s The Loves of Mars and Venus, first performed in London in 1717.

The Society of Recorder Players holds a yearly Festival, in different U.K. locations and takes part in the annual
Early Music Festival
held in November at Greenwich, London.

 

On Saturday 7th June 2008 we enjoyed a pastoral visit and playing day with Sandra Foxall at Landbeach Village Hall near Cambridge.
