Disabled / Wheelchair access to Cambridge SRP playing venue

Meetings are held on Wednesdays between 7.30 and 9.30 pm, in the Music Block at Chesterton Community College, Gilbert Road, Cambridge, CB4 3NY.

Venue

Music Block. Drive in the main entrance and turn sharp right at the small roundabout. Follow the road around past the drama studio on your right. Turn left. School buildings and the main playground/car park are on your left. The Music Block is a detached modern building directly ahead set behind the main block.

You can park your car in the playground/car park, about 75 yards from the Music Block. There are limited spaces directly in front of the Music Block or within thirty yards. There is level access from the parking areas into the Music Block Foyer, and from there into the playing area.

There are two toilets (M & F) from the Foyer area. Both have enough space for a small wheelchair, but there are no grabrails.
